If you do go for any of these petrol engine toys make sure you have added protective gear including leather gloves and a full face helmet to your budget. Coming off any of these toys will hurt A LOT without protection. Even though falling on dirt isn’t as bad as tarmac, coming off at 50mph+ hurts!

Product Warranty/Guarantee

By this consumer guarantee, the supplier guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 28 (Twenty Eight) Days from the time of its original purchase

If during the period of the guarantee the product proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship an authorized dealer will with out charge for labour or parts repair or (at the suppliers discretion) replace the product or its defective parts on the terms and conditions set out below. The supplier reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to replace spare parts or defective products or to replace low cost products with either new or refurbished spare parts or products

Conditions
1.This guarantee will be granted only when the original sales receipt or invoice is presented with the defective product.
The supplier reserves the right to refuse free of charge guarantee service if the above document can not be produced or if the information contained in it is incomplete or illegible

2.This guarantee will not reimburse nor cover the damage resulting from modifications made to your bike other than genuine upgrades from the supplier.

3.This guarantee will not apply if the frame number or part serial number has been deleted, removed or made illegible

4.This guarantee does not cover the following:
A) Periodic maintained and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear
B) Transport costs, home service transport costs and all risks of transport relating directly or indirectly to the guarantee of your bike. The costs of all transport related to warranty work or otherwise are to be met by the customer
C) Improper use of your bike through stunt, trick, aggressive off road riding or activities not suited for the purpose of design. (The definition of purpose is at the sole discretion of the supplier)
D) Repair or servicing done by non-authorized dealers or the customer them selves
E) Accidents, lightning, water, fire or any cause beyond the control of the supplier

5. This guarantee does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under UK law, nor the consumer’s rights against the supplier arising from their sales purchase contract
