How the Nastech AUTOBIN works
Automatic Operation
When the infra-red beam is broken (within 10cm), the lid opens.
After about 7 seconds the lid automatically closes.
If your hands stay within this area for a longer period the lid will remain open. There is an over ride facility.

Over ride facility
An "open" button allows the lid to be opened and remain open whilst longer cleaning tasks are completed.
Press the "close" button to shut the lid.
The AUTOBIN then returns to standard automatic operation.

Batteries
AUTOBIN requires 4 x D cell batteries.
On average, the batteries should give up to 20 openings per day for up to six months.
