The Microcasa Leva S1 is piston operated and comes with a water level sight glass with pressure gauge. It has a boiler capacity of 8.1 litres (61 ounces), and an amour plated 800 watt heating element that automatically regulates the temperature. For extra safety, the machine has a built in thermostat for electrical cut-off. It is also equipped with a durable brass boiler that provides very dry steam for frothing milk.
