After extensive testing and being dragged through hedges the Buster
Range offers the best balance between quality, power and keen pricing.
Forget your normal two string power kites, these four string power monsters
can be used to power mountain boards and buggies and can even fly and
take off in reverse.
Be warned these kites pull extremely hard and Slickback takes no responsibility
for any damage you do to yourself or anyone else.
To give you an idea the two meter version flown on a normal breezy day
will have a 15 stone person battling to hold their ground.
If this is your first foray into power kiting go for the two meter or
smaller, if you’re upgrading from the likes of a 10 foot Flexi
Foil then go larger.
Anything over 4 meters is for use as a traction kite for power buggies
and the like.
The larger versions are for lighter winds and people who what to get
airborne.
One of the Slickback guinea pigs thought he was immortal, took the 4
meter out on such a day and popped his back out.

The kites are well made and arrive in a compact bag (it has no struts
and packs down soft and small making it ideal for travelling).
Supplied with comprehensive instructions they are literally ready to
fly straight out of the bag with all the lines connected and pre-stretched.
The manufacturer even supplies a complimentary 30 day free repair warranty
in case you rip it in the first month. You cover the postage both ways
and they’ll sort it. We’ve “stacked” ours loads
of times with no damage so you’d have to snag it on a fence or
the like.
