What Slickback says:

External Size: 3.8m (12’6”) wide x 3.2m (10’6”) deep + 1.2m (4’) canopy
Internal Size: 3.54m (11’7”) wide x 2.94m (9’8”) deep

The Nile is a popular choice as it’s still a step higher than any “garden” shed you might come across but is of a size that will fit most gardens.
Slickback recommends the veranda as an optional extra so you go for to complete the look.

After fancying our own pub at the end of the garden the Slickback crew went on the search for a stylish and solid building that would fill the gap between the DIY store’s slatted “sheds” and bricks and mortar. The garden cabin was the answer and after much research this range came up tops. The larger cabins in this range are identical to cabins being sold at shows like “The Ideal Home Show” at up to 4 times the cost of these.

Buying direct you avoid the middle man with an expensive showroom but the payback is it can take longer to arrive. If the source has them in stock you are looking at a fortnight, otherwise up to 8 weeks (Slickback will inform you of the estimated run in time BEFORE putting it through the books)

Let your imagination run wild with the possibilities, here a few Slickback can think of:
Private Bar
Pole Dancing Club
Mega Garden Shed
Pool House
Jacuzzi/ hot tub cabin
Games room
Private Cinema
Office
Spare room or suite (you could get it plumbed up)

All the cabins come in flat pack form with all the cuts and joins ready to be put together like a giant 3D puzzle. The base and floor are pressure treated and need to be put on either concrete sleepers or other foundations.
The remains of the cabin is untreated and ready for whatever you treatment you fancy.
You can vanish it, stain or paint it and the only thing left is to buy a roll of felt to seal the outside of the roof.

Slickback has built one and it did just what it said on the tin.
All the wood was dead straight and laser cut in a way that only allows you to put it together in the correct fashion. All the walls, floor and roof are tongue and groove making the whole thing very solid and stopping drafts.
If you have any questions drop us a line below to discuss.

Oh yeah one last point, these cabins are large (the whole point!!) and just check there are no planning restrictions in your area as you don’t want the council telling you to take it down again.

Enjoy!!!!!

The popular Nile Log Cabin is a good size for many uses. With the double doors it makes a fantastic workshop or hobby room and is just as suited to use as a games room or home office. The outward opening window helps let light into the cabin and when open allows you to enjoy a summer breeze. With its 28mm walls this cabin is solid as well as attractive in appearance and makes a wonderful addition to any garden.
